Warehouse Associate & Forklift Operator

Summary We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced production team. This role is designed for those who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for growth opportunities within a collaborative environment. In this position, you will be a key part of our daily workflow, handling everything from order fulfillment and inventory management to the safe operation of heavy machinery to keep our shipping and receiving processes moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, scales, wrapping tools) to move, stack, and retrieve materials

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment

  • Manage the loading and unloading of trucks, pallets, and raw materials

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment to maintain optimal levels

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company guidelines

  • Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

  • Document and track shipments using basic warehouse systems or handheld scanners.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting, specifically with forklift operation

  • Ability to safely lift 30–50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions

  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred

  • Commitment to workplace safety and a consistent, reliable work history
