Job Description

Position Overview: Zoecklein Law, a Florida probate, estate planning, and litigation firm, is seeking a professional bilingual receptionist (Spanish/English) for a temporary assignment. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and helps maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish. Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Schedule consultations and appointments. Provide basic information regarding firm services and office procedures. Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains clean and presentable. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing. Communicate messages and client inquiries to attorneys and staff. Support general front office operations as needed.

Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken required). Prior receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience preferred. Professional phone presence and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers and office software. Dependable and punctual.

Preferred Experience: Experience working in a law firm or professional office environment. Experience scheduling appointments or handling client inquiries.

Work Environment: Professional law office setting with frequent phone communication and client interaction in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation: Hourly position. Pay based on experience.
