The Daily Grind:
- 75% Lift / 25% Hustle: You’ll spend most of your shift operating a sit-down forklift, but you aren't afraid to jump off the lift to help with manual shipping, receiving, and material handling.
- Inventory Accuracy: Verify incoming shipments and prep outgoing orders with precision.
- Cross-Training: You’ll be trained across multiple departments to become a versatile warehouse expert.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Valid Certification: You must have a current sit-down forklift certification (we will verify this!).
- Experience: Proven track record in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling.
- Work History: We are looking for strong tenure. If you have a history of staying with companies and growing, we want to talk to you.
- The Right Vibe: A positive "can-do" attitude is non-negotiable. We work hard, but we enjoy doing it.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
salary: $17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, stack, and stage materials (approx. 5–6 hours of an 8-hour shift).
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments, prepare outgoing orders, and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
- Material Handling: Manually load/unload trailers and move product throughout the facility as needed.
- Cross-Training: Willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions and assist in different departments during "off-forklift" time.
