Position: Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

Job location: New Windsor, NY

Type: Temporary (4-Week Assignment)

Schedule: 3-5 Days a Week

Compensation: $45 per hour
Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with practice in administering infusions? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our dedicated team at a local medical office in New Windsor.

Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

»Perform infusion procedures according to established protocols and physician orders.

»Monitor patients during and after infusion for any adverse reactions and provide appropriate care.

»Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting each infusion session thoroughly.

»Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and support.

»Ensure compliance with infection control and safety measures during infusion procedures.

»Educate patients and their families about the infusion process and any necessary post-treatment care.

Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) General Requirements:

»Active and unrestricted RN license in New York.

»Proven practice in administering infusions and managing patients during infusion therapy.

»Strong knowledge of medical procedures and protocols related to infusion therapy.

»Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

»Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and documentation.

» capability to remain calm under pressure and handle any unexpected situations during infusion procedures.

»Current BLS certification is preferred.

Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule and Compensation: this job offer is a temporary assignment lasting for four weeks. The selected candidate will work 3-5 days a week, providing flexibility to accommodate other commitments.
The hourly rate for this Infusion RN position is $45, providing competitive compensation for your valuable skills and skills.
