Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading materials, supporting production operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork and safety.

Starting at $20.06/hr.

The compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's level of experience. We understand that each individual's unique background and expertise will contribute differently to our team. Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and supplies
• Transport various materials to designated areas within the facility
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement
• Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse and production support as needed
• Potentially operating the yard truck to move trailers
• Potentially operating the crane to load/unload materials and stack trailers
• Must be willing to cross-train in multiple areas within the department
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Safety conscious
• Abide by all safety rules
• Good driving record
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Follow written or oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to balance multiple tasks
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Good communication
• Self-motivated
• Good attendance record
• Attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills
• Must be open to cross training within the department
