Job Description
The Opportunity: PLA School Custodians are responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep of the school building. Ensuring that the building is always kept clean, sanitized, and well-maintained in support of the success and pride of our scholars and our school staff.
The Details
Key Deliverables:
- Maintains cleaning schedules that are set up by school leadership/Ops leadership
- Empty trash bins regularly
- Maintain all forms of safety in and around the school
- Re-stock material
- Makes sure assigned cleaning tasks are executed in a timely and orderly manner
- Submits reports to the supervisor concerning repairs that must be made
Experience and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working in a school environment
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
