Valet Driver

Full-Time and Part-Time

Plano, TX

Stratton Amenities is hiring Valet Drivers to support a luxury residential high-rise in Plano. This is a hospitality-first role focused on delivering a polished, consistent arrival and departure experience for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests promptly with a professional, welcoming demeanor
  
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Open doors, assist with belongings, and maintain a strong first and last impression
  
• Manage traffic flow in the drive and maintain an organized valet operation
  
• Issue claim tickets and follow proper vehicle tracking procedures
  
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections upon receipt and return
  
• Communicate clearly with team members and management during peak periods
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet stand and drive area
  
• Report any incidents, damages, or guest concerns immediately
  
• Uphold all service standards and property expectations
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of valet experience required, luxury residential or hotel experience preferred
  
• Must know how to drive manual transmission (stick shift)
  
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  
• Strong communication and situational awareness
  
• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  
• Reliable and punctual, able to work independently or as part of a team
  
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
  
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and withstand Texas heat
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required
