Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, User Experience, or a related field
• RIVA or other certification is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in designing and conducting qualitative interviews, both remotely and in-person
• Ability to convert data into meaningful, actionable insights
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, especially with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Extensive experience in analyzing and synthesizing qualitative data quickly to deliver actionable insights that enhance user experience and identify areas for improvement
• Proven track record in qualitative research, particularly conducting B2B interviews
• Capability to drive change across the organization with authoritative leadership and motivational skills
• Experience working in an agile environment

• Build and manage a community of accountants and team members across various sizes of accounting firms who utilize our products and programs
• Oversee the complete community management process, including the recruitment and onboarding of a diverse group of accountants based on firm size, services, and product engagement
• Create and maintain ongoing feedback mechanisms to collect insights from the community, identify unmet needs, and collaborate with leadership and internal teams like Product and Marketing to shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
• Ensure panel health and engagement by managing operational processes such as incentive management, compliance, scheduling, and data governance
• Apply qualitative research methods to gather profound insights that guide design decisions, product enhancements, program improvements, and market strategies
• Develop concise reports that effectively communicate research findings and insights
• Present actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams, product stakeholders, and leadership in marketing
• Influence product decisions and advancements through effective collaboration and communication
