TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.


TOTEME is looking for a Stock Keeper to join our Mercer Street team part-time, weekends (Friday to Monday). In this role, you will support daily store operations by ensuring efficient stock management, accurate handling of deliveries, and smooth replenishment processes. Working closely with the Stock Supervisor and the wider store team, the Stock Keeper helps create the conditions for an exceptional client experience by maintaining an organized and functional back of house.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process deliveries in line with company procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible stockroom.

• Support the Stock Supervisor with transfers, returns, and replenishment.

• Monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies, and help safeguard inventory accuracy.

• Ensure quick and precise replenishment to the shop floor.

• Prepare items for client appointments and assist with product requests during peak times.

• Keep packaging, hangers, and supplies available for the sales team.

• Support store events and launches with stock preparation.

• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred, but not required.

• Comfortable using IT systems (POS/stock software experience preferred).

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

This is a part-time position for weekends (Friday to Monday) based at TOTEME's Mercer Street store, starting as soon as possible.


The hourly salary for this role ranges between $22-25/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.
