Job Description

Salary: $200,000 - 280,000 per year Requirements:

• 4+ years of mobile development experience (Flutter preferred, native iOS/Android also considered)
• Proven experience in building and delivering production mobile applications
• Familiarity with integrating APIs (REST, WebSocket) and managing real-time data
• Experience with device integrations (e.g., BLE or similar technology)
• Strong comprehension of data synchronization, retries, and handling edge cases in mobile applications
• Capability to collaborate directly with customers and various cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging aptitude across different systems
• Nice-to-Have:
• Exposure to Flutter (Dart) and state management frameworks (Riverpod, BLoC)
• Experience dealing with time-series or high-volume data
• Understanding of PostgreSQL or SQL-based databases
• Knowledge of OLTP vs OLAP data patterns
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, etc.)
• Experience with Flutter platform channels and native integrations
• Background in healthcare, wearable devices, or IoT systems

• Design and implement mobile applications (preferably using Flutter) for both iOS and Android platforms
• Develop reliable data synchronization, implement retry logic, and manage real-time data workflows
• Integrate with BLE devices and oversee device communication processes
• Utilize REST and WebSocket APIs for real-time and asynchronous data handling
• Collaborate with backend teams on data ingestion and integration tasks
• Act as the technical liaison during the onboarding process for enterprise customers
• Facilitate technical discussions with customer stakeholders, including IT, security, and clinical teams
• Configure and deploy solutions within customer environments
• Diagnose and resolve issues across mobile applications, device interactions, and backend systems
• Produce documentation, runbooks, and integration guides for customer clarity
