: We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Receptionist to join our team. Position Overview:

• This role is critical to our success, as you manage our clients' first impressions.
• In this position, you will perform clerical and administrative functions for the firm.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Law Firm Receptionist.
• Type of Position: Full Time.
• Hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients & visitors.
• The answer, screen, transfer, or park inbound telephone calls.
• Distribute incoming mail.
• Process and drop off outgoing mail.
• Draft correspondences and other documents.
• Plan and schedule appointments.
• Perform other office tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Customer Service: 2 years required.
• Computer literate.
• High School or Equivalent.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear and pleasant phone manner.
