Machine Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production machinery, monitor equipment performance, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor assigned machinery and production equipment
Set up machines according to job specifications
Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during operation
Inspect materials and finished products for defects and quality compliance
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and company policies
Keep work area clean and organized
Communicate equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors
Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, measurements, and basic mechanical information
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime when needed
