We are seeking a motivated and dependable Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a fantastic Temp-to-Hire opportunity for someone looking to grow with a reputable company. We offer a steady daytime schedule and a supportive work environment. This position offers a consistent schedule with no weekend work required!

salary: $38,000 - $41,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery according to safety and quality standards.

• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.

• Perform routine quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
