SmartTalent Staffing is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join a grown warehouse team in Lakewood, WA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accurate, teamwork, and maintaining a safe workspace.
TITLE: Warehouse Associate
LOCATION: Lakewood, WA
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 6:30am-3pm / 7am-3:30pm | Some OT
PAY: $18 - $19.25 DOE
JOB DUTIES:
· Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and help maintain a safe work environment.
· Assist with unloading shipments and organizing incoming inventory.
· Pick and pepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Complete packaging tasks such as labeling, stickering, assembling, and preparing products for fulfillment.
· Utilize scanning equipment and warehouse tools to track inventory and process orders.
· Work efficiently in a busy warehouse setting while maintaining order accuracy.
· Identify and report any product or safety concerns to Supervisors.
· Support general warehouse operations and help resolve workflow issues when they arise.
· Safely lift and move products weighting up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
· Perform physical work including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
· Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean and organized.
· Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
· Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
· Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and moving equipment such as carts or hand trucks up to 60 lbs.
· Ability to work at elevated heights when required.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
