Job Title: Order Selector / Warehouse Equipment Operator Location: Orlando, FL Pay Rate: $17.00+ per hour (based on equipment experience) Schedule: Multiple Shifts Monday- Friday (6am – 5pm) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Order Selector to join our warehouse team in Orlando. This role requires proficiency operating multiple types of warehouse equipment and the ability to accurately pick and move inventory using RF scanning technology. Key Responsibilities: Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including: Electric sit-down forklift Propane sit-down forklift Stand-up forklift Reach truck Order picker / cherry picker Perform order picking using RF scanners with high accuracy Load, unload, and move product throughout the warehouse Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with receiving and inventory tasks as needed Requirements: Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience Proven experience operating multiple types of material handling equipment Ability to use RF scanners for order picking Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift, stand, and move for extended periods Apply today to start your career with a growing warehouse team @Ad-vance Talent Solutions.
