Overview: In cooperation with the staff of the pharmacy, provides prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care according to professional standards and practices. Advises and consults with patients and families, and medical and nursing staff. Responsibilities: Computer Skills. Equipment Skills. Clinical Performance and Intervention Professional Development. Pharmacy Operations. Pharmacy Advancement. Quality Assurance. Qualifications: 1 year of post graduate hospital experience is preferred. Competencies Skills:
