Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate automobiles by explaining features and benefits, and comparing competitive models.
• Prospect daily with provided leads – no cold calling!
• Maintain consistent rapport with previous customers.
• Uphold a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Stay updated on product certifications, features, accessories, inventory, and trending technologies.
• Overcome objections, negotiate prices, complete sales agreements, and explain warranties and aftermarket products.
• Provide sales management information through completion reports.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Exhibit behaviors consistent with our company values in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in Vehicle Sales
• Positive Attitude and High Energy
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Exceptional Customer Satisfaction Skills
• Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not mandatory

Location: Jacobs Mitsubishi 5305 Eagleston Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
