Assistant General Manager / Bar Manager Location: Collierville, TN Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee Front of House (FOH) operations and help lead our team at Rotolo's Craft & Crust. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards in service, food safety, and bar operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, a solid background in the food and beverage industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop FOH team members, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Alternate between managing shifts and working bar shifts
• Monitor bar inventory, control costs, and place orders as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with management to implement company policies and procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
• Provide ongoing training and development for staff

• Proven leadership ability with a talent for motivating and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, including safety and handling standards
• Experience in bar management, including inventory and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in interviewing and hiring staff
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role preferred
